Albert JARRETT

A left sided midfielder signed on a month's loan from Brighton in January 2006, with a view to a permanent move - Jarrett made his debut for the Town as a second half substitute in a 4-2 win over Bournemouth. Four days later, he made his full debut at Southend, but was prevented from keeping his place after suffering a car crash prior to the Town's game with Walsall on the last day of the month.

The injury restricted Jarrett to just two more substitute appearances before his loan spell ended, but manager Iffy Onuora said he had seen enough to arrange a month's extension. Jarrett started the next match - a 7-1 drubbing at the hands of Nottingham Forest - in which he was substituted shortly after Swindon had conceded their sixth, and he appeared just once more as a substitute before returning to the Withdean.
