An academy midfielder, Holland made his one and only first team appearance in the EFL Trophy in November 2019 at Bristol Rovers, replacing Harry Parsons as a second half substitute. He signed a short term professional contract at the end of the season. In 2020/21, he was seven times named amongst the substitutes but did not make it onto the pitch before being released in January 2021. PLAYING RECORD:
