Tim FLOWERS

Flowers signed for Swindon on loan from Southampton twice - both times to provide cover for Fraser Digby. His first spell saw him feature in two matches during the latter stages of the 1986/87 campaign. Flowers then returned to the County Ground to play in five league matches for the Town during another loan spell in the 1987/88 season. He went on to become one of the best goalkeepers of his generation, winning a Premiership winners medal with Blackburn Rovers and gaining 11 full caps for England.
