Giles COKE

A midfielder that joined the Town on a five month loan in August 2012, Coke made his debut in a 1-0 Johnstone’s Paint Trophy defeat at local rivals Oxford - and after missing the next game through injury, he came off the bench to make his Town League debut in a 2-2 draw at Carlisle. After being named on the bench twice more, he started his only League game at the end of September - being withdrawn at half-time during a 1-0 win at Shrewsbury - days later, he returned to parent club Sheffield Wednesday, when a scan revealed a longstanding foot injury that had been troubling him since pre-season, which hadn’t been picked up in his medical.
