PROMOTION FROM LEAGUE TWO 2006/2007
Despite an unsettled campaign off the pitch, Swindon returned to League One just a year after they had departed it - wrapping up promotion with a last day draw against champions Walsall.
DIVISION TWO CHAMPIONS 1995/1996
After two successive relegations, Swindon bounced back in style, comfortably winning the Second Division Championship.
DIVISION ONE PLAY-OFF WINNERS 1992/1993
Swindon regained what the fans saw as their rightful place in the Premiership, beating Leicester in a 4-3 thriller at Wembley, after throwing away a three goal lead. Includes video.
DIVISION TWO PLAY-OFF WINNERS 1989/1990
All for nothing, Swindon beat Sunderland at Wembley to win promotion to the top flight of English football for the first time, only to have their promotion snatched away by the footballing authorities for illegal payments to players. Includes video.
DIVISION THREE PLAY-OFF WINNERS 1986/1987
A second successive promotion, Swindon beat Gillingham 2-0 in a Play-off final replay played at Selhurst Park, courtesy of two goals by Steve White. Includes video of the goals, and an audio review of the season.
DIVISION FOUR CHAMPIONS 1985/1986
Under Lou Macari, Swindon cruised to the Fourth Division title, amassing a then League record of 102 points, and breaking sixteen club records on the way. Includes an audio review of the season.

ANGLO-ITALIAN CUP WINNERS 1969/1970
After their League Cup triumph in the previous season, Swindon were invited to play in the Anglo-Italian Cup, which they won, beating Napoli 3-0 away from home in the final.

ANGLO-ITALIAN CUP WINNERS CUP WINNERS 1969/1970
As way of recompense for not being allowed to enter the Fairs Cup, this tournament was arranged between the winners of the League Cup and the Coppa Italia. Swindon stunned Italian football, beating AS Roma 5-2 on aggregate.
PROMOTION FROM DIVISION THREE 1968/1969

LEAGUE CUP WINNERS 1968/1969
The greatest day in the club's history, Swindon became only the second Third Division club to win the League Cup, with a surprise 3-1 win over Arsenal at Wembley. Includes video of all the goals.
PROMOTION FROM DIVISION THREE 1962/1963
Coming soon - after forty-two years of League football, Swindon finally gain promotion to the second tier of English football,  
SOUTHERN LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 1911 & 1914
Swindon were champions of the Southern League twice in four seasons in 1911 and 1914.
SOUTHERN CHARITY CUP WINNERS 1910/1911
Swindon did a double of sorts in 1911, winning both the Southern League championship and the Charity Cup.
DUBONNET CUP WINNERS 1909/1910
After reaching the FA Cup Semi Final in 1910, Swindon were invited to play a competitive match in Paris, versus the losing finalists, Barnsley. The Town won 2-1.
WESTERN LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 1898/1899
In order to increase the number of competitive fixtures they played, Swindon entered the Western League in 1897. The following season, they won their first league title.
WILTSHIRE CUP - FIRST WON IN 1886/1887
Very few competitive fixtures were played in the Town's early days - the biggest tournament entered was the Wiltshire Cup, which the Town won for the first six years, gaining a reputation as the best team in Wiltshire.
